WIP Software ("WIP", "we" or "us") delivers web-based small and medium business accounting software solutions for today's unique work environments and mobile workforces. As a cloud application, our products and services are accessible anywhere with an internet connection and on any device including your desktop, laptop, tablet or smart phone. WIP uses this Website to provide you with access to online products and services, including WIP Books, WIP Books Plus, WIP Manager, WIP Accounting and other unique WIP Modules which add additional functionality to the other products and services (the "WIP Products and Services"). WIP also uses the Website to provide you with information about the WIP Products and Services and to provide online troubleshooting solutions.
For the purposes of this privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy"), the term "Website" means www.wipsoftware.com and all its related webpages and websites (including without limitation any mobile optimized website), but does not include any third party websites which are linked to or may link from this website whether or not such third party websites are used in association with the WIP Products and Services.
The Privacy Policy describes how WIP collects, protects, uses and discloses Personal Information that is collected by WIP or provided by you as you use the Website and the WIP Products and Services.
To take advantage of some of the features of the Website you will have to provide us with your Personal Information. We need to collect, use and disclose your Personal Information when you create an account with us and when you subscribe for access to the WIP Products and Services. "Personal information" means information about an identifiable individual, other than his or her job title and business contact information. For the purpose of the Privacy Policy, "Personal Information" means personal information that is collected by us or supplied to us through the Website in order to operate the Website and provide the WIP Products and Services. See "Collection of Information" below for a more detailed list of the various reasons why WIP collects Personal Information.
"Personal Information" may include, but is not limited to, a person’s name, email address, residential address, telephone number, payment card information and other billing information. If you subscribe for certain WIP Modules, Personal Information may also include information about you, your business’ employees, agents, contractors and representatives, including employment status, hours worked, date of hire, rate of pay and taxes paid or payable.
Application of the Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy applies to Personal Information collected by, or supplied to, WIP through the Website and the WIP Products and Services.

We partner with third party service providers and vendors to provide access to existing payment gateways. This Privacy Policy only applies to the Personal Information that WIP collects and uses, or is supplied, through the operation of the Website and the WIP Products and Services.
